Customer Service Representative position with General Dynamics Information Technology, utilizing root cause analysis and problem solving skills to manage inbound calls in a state-of-the-art contact center.
Answering incoming phone calls, providing accurate information to callers, researching issues, and providing alternative solutions.
Must have 1+ years of customer service or other telephone experience, high school diploma or G.E.D., and ability to work and train onsite as required.
