What You Will Do

Maintains an organization's computer systems' workflows and is responsible for the upkeep, configuration and reliable operation of computer systems. Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems and management of system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, TS/SCI Clearance, and eligibility to obtain CI Poly. Must be able to obtain System Administrator Accounts and access as required by customer within 90 days of hire.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience
• TS/SCI Clearance
• Eligibility to obtain CI Poly
• Security+ certification or DoD 8570 Level II equivalent within 90 days of hire
• RHEL, Windows, and/or Storage administration experience
• Experience working with trouble ticket reporting and tracking systems such as Service+
• Ability to respond to after hour calls and provide on-call support
• Ability to travel 0-20% to local area sites as well as other locations with similar architecture/footprint
• Strong documentation skills, experience working with MS office products especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Strong customer support and communication skills providing support to end users
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
