GEA is seeking an Automation Engineer for its Nutrition Plant Engineering division. The role involves supporting the implementation of automation engineering projects and collaborating with project teams. The successful candidate will have a background in electronics engineering and experience with PLC programming and automation standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or similar
- Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or similar (a plus)
- Computer literacy with demonstrated experience in using Internet and Microsoft Office
- Advanced level of English (B2/C1)
- Hygienic design know-how
- QHSE standards in industries (particularly IAA)
- Mechanical & Electrical engineering know-how
- Electricity, automation, control, pneumatics
- PLC programming (Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell)
- HMI Programming. (Siemens, Schneider, Wonderware, Rockwell Factory Talk, Ignition)
- S88, S95, S101 norms
- Written and oral communication skills
- Ethics, compliance, and professionalism
- Results-driven with strong autonomy
- Cross functional and multidisciplinary approach
- Willing to travel
