Requirements
- Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with customers
- Perform basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on assigned equipment
- Act as a supervisor during the installation of production lines or machinery, when required
- Coordinate installation activities of lines or machinery, ensuring smooth execution and collaboration
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of provided tools and testing equipment
- Identify and contribute to sales opportunities, including spare parts, new contracts, renewals, and system upgrades
