Join our team as a Field Service Technician (Beverage) and play a key role in delivering exceptional after-sales service and technical support for beverage and brewery systems. As a Field Service Technician, you will represent GEA at customer sites, ensuring high-quality service delivery, strong customer relationships, and reliable equipment performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of field service experience supporting filling equipment and liquid processing systems (including blow molders)
- Strong understanding of piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&ID), process flow diagrams, and production systems
- Proven experience servicing sanitary valves, pumps, heat exchangers, and related hygienic process equipment
- Strong mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of beverage processing systems such as UHT, pasteurization, aseptic processing, deaeration, and heat exchange
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (GMP, PMO, 3-A, FDA)
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer focus, professionalism, and work ethic
