Job Description
GEA in Oelde is seeking an IT Application Consultant - SAP Authorization to comprehensively manage, develop, and maintain our SAP authorization landscape, act as a competent contact for departments and audits, and perform responsibilities and tasks such as design, implementation, and further development of SAP authorization concepts, conducting and evaluating SoD analyses, advising departments on authorization requests and role design, analyzing and resolving authorization problems, participation in projects, maintenance of authorization documentation and ensuring audit compliance, continuous optimization and standardization of authorization processes and tools, supporting the preparation and accompaniment of internal and external SAP audits, conducting selected control activities, following up on audit findings and supporting the implementation of measures.
Requirements
- Studium in the field of computer science, business informatics, business administration, or comparable; alternatively, relevant professional experience
- Several years of experience in the field of SAP authorizations; first touchpoints with SAP audit are advantageous
- In-depth knowledge of SAP authorization concepts (PFCG, role design, user administration)
- Experience with SoD checks and ideally SAP GRC or comparable IAM tools
- Basic understanding of compliance and audit requirements
- Structured, detail-oriented, and documentation-intensive working method
- Good communication skills for coordination with departments, IT, and audit
- Very good German and English skills
