Job Description
Supports the Sales and Service teams both technically and administratively, processing customer inquiries, creating offers, and performing technical support.
Requirements
- Completed technical training (e.g., electrician, mechanical engineer, etc.)
- Ideally, experience in after-sales support or technical sales
- Structured, independent, and reliable working method
- Well-developed customer orientation and communication skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English (French is an asset)
- Willingness to travel occasionally
