The successful candidate will have advanced welding and fabrication skills, including TIG, MIG, and Stick welding, and be able to work with various materials. The role requires strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a willingness to stay updated with the latest welding technologies and techniques.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Vocational or Technical Training in welding, fabrication, or a related field
- TIG welding experience and ability to pass a TIG and MIG welding test
- Blueprint reading and interpretation skills
- Quality control and inspection skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Continuous learning and willingness to stay updated with the latest welding technologies and techniques
