Job Description
We are looking for a Data Analyst to work with senior management to analyze and forecast workforce capacity for our BPO team. The successful candidate will be responsible for workforce planning and scheduling, as well as workforce forecasting.
Requirements
- University Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant position
- Proficient in English communication
- Solid knowledge of workforce management in BPO industry
- Excellent data analysis skills
- Familiar with Google Spreadsheet and Excel
