Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for recruitment fulfillment, talent attraction, data management, and stakeholder collaboration in Bangkok, Thailand. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and 1-3 years of recruitment experience. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment process, utilizing diverse sourcing methods, conducting market research, and supporting employer branding activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO or multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Good in behavioral interviewing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
