Job Description
The Team Leader (Content Moderation - Laos Language) is responsible for leading a team of 15-20 members, motivating and strategizing for optimal productivity, ensuring agency duties are performed well, and providing coaching and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or Higher in any relevant field
- 1 years experience in BPO service (customer care - moderation - service analysis)
- Proficient in Lao (Native), and good at communication (English - B2 Level)
- Has experience with team management is an added advantage
- Stays updated and is interested on social-media trends
- Familiar with fashion / makeup trends (well known brands - trending products) are an advantage
