Gearset's Core group owns the capabilities that every user relies on, from planning changes through to deploying them into Salesforce. The Group Product Manager will own the product strategy, diagnosing the problem space and building a clear plan, making real trade offs and not trying to do everything. The role involves taking ownership of the commercial success of your group's products, shaping our positioning and route to market with Product Marketing, driving adoption and activation with Sales and Customer Success, and managing, coaching and developing a team of product managers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Group Product Manager, Product Director, or equivalent position
- Proven track record of navigating ambiguity and organisational dynamics to create coherence across multiple product areas and taking new products to market
- Ability to conduct deep strategy diagnosis, going broad and deep to get to the crux of the problem and define a crisp strategy
- Outstanding product sense and genuine empathy for users
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- Experience in managing teams of 2-4 people, coaching through questions not directives
