Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5-7 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting
- 2-5 years of in-house technical recruiting experience at high-growth tech startups
- Genuine interest and enthusiasm in the recruiting process
- Proven track record of hiring exceptional candidates
- Proven negotiation and closing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
