Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 5-7 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting
• 2-5 years of in-house technical recruiting experience at a high-growth tech startup
• Genuine interest in recruiting and building relationships
• Proven track record of hiring exceptional candidates
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
