Job Description
GECOL seeks an Industrial Production Manager for its Valdemoro plant. The role involves supervising daily production operations, managing the work team, and implementing continuous improvement procedures.
Requirements
- Technical training in areas related to production
- Vocational training degree (FP) or higher, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in production team management in the construction industry
- Advanced knowledge of industrial mortar and adhesive manufacturing processes
- Leadership and effective communication skills
