• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
• Manage the recruitment budget and resources effectively
• Create and promote strategies for successful contractor retention
• Experience recruiting 1099 contractors in the United States
• Proven experience leading recruitment teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
