Benefit Guidance and Outreach Navigator

Government Employees Health Association, Inc. (G.E.H.A) is seeking a Benefit Guidance and Outreach Navigator to grow membership by educating prospective members about G.E.H.A Health plan offerings and guiding them through health plan selection. The position is responsible for conducting outreach to consumers, members, and prospective members about available benefits and ensuring they understand and navigate their policies.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in healthcare, business, nonprofit, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, education, public speaking, managing details, outreach, healthcare, or social work.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to work remotely and independently, as well as collaborate with team members.
