Government Employees Health Association, Inc. (G.E.H.A) is seeking an EPMO Program Manager to manage multiple related projects and programs. The successful candidate will have 8+ years of project management experience, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, and strong leadership and financial management skills. The position involves developing and delivering program status reports, managing program change control, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Requirements
- Align deliverables of the projects with the organization’s overall strategic goals.
- Communicates strategy to the project managers and ensure that individual project goals align with the program strategy.
- Works with Project Managers to establish budgets, priorities, ensure project teams have the resources they need and work closely with Project Managers to track progress.
- Reports to Senior Executives on the progress of the individual projects and the overall program.
- Manages program change control, decisions, risks, issues, assumptions and mitigation planning.
- Designs, adheres to and participates in the monitoring of quality assurance and project management guidelines.
- Develops and delivers program status reports.
- Determines the frequency and content of project status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas to keep all projects on set timeline to control program timing and status.
- Develops and maintains all business relationships vital to the success of the program.
- Manages multiple related projects (a program) and guides other project managers.
- Consults and provides guidance in determining program solution.
- Guides team through buy vs. build options, hosting options and RFI/RFP processes when necessary.

- Requires effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Requires strong leadership skills to include influencing and negotiation skills to coordinate and motivate project teams.
- Strong financial management experience to administer budgets across multiple projects and ensure the program meets its requirements for return on investment.
