Intern - Data Analytics

G.E.H.A is a nonprofit member association that provides medical and dental benefits to federal employees and retirees, military retirees, and their families. The internship program is designed to develop a pipeline for potential full-time opportunities in the Data Analytics division.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program with a focus on information technology or data and analytics.
• 3.0 overall GPA
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation abilities
• Demonstrated initiative both independently and within a team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Interest in healthcare quality, compliance, and accreditation processes
• Demonstrated success with process improvement
