Lead Manufacturing Engineer

Role Overview

As a Lead Manufacturing Engineer, you will support the product and production process as system/document controller and tooling design, as well as other process improvement requirements for the product and system. You will lead new processes and tooling design, control product quality and delivery risk, and continuously improve production efficiency and reduce product costs.

What You Will Do

Provide system/document control support for the production team, drive improved product quality, work with QA/Production/Design teams to resolve manufacturing and quality system problems, and ensure regulatory compliance through Validation & Verification.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related technical degree
• 3 years of experience in supply chain or engineering or tooling design
• Demonstrated experience owning production processes, and quality system, audit and document control
• Good data analysis skill or A3 report
• Good communication Skills with different function team including engineer, supply chain
