Lead Manufacturing Engineer

Role Overview

Lead the launch of production technology for new products and manufacturing process introduction projects. Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality assurance departments to design and lead engineering, equipment introduction, layout design, and operation methods.

What You Will Do

Execute technical responses to meet regulatory, quality, safety, environmental standards, and QMS. Deepen specialized technical knowledge in a specific technical field and execute departmental policies and strategies.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering
• Practical experience as a design engineer or manufacturing engineer
