Job description
Develops manufacturing processes for new products globally and domestically, promotes product quality improvement, productivity improvement, and organizational goal achievement through cultural change.
Participates in new product development, contributes to product manufacturability and quality improvement, finds and resolves manufacturing and quality problems, and proposes and implements process, equipment, and product design.
Requires strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in a cross-functional team, and experience with Lean Six Sigma and Advanced Manufacturing Engineering initiatives.
