Job Description
GEICO is looking for motivated individuals with a passion for customer service and an interest in their Auto Damage Trainee program. The program includes 3 weeks of required hands-on experience at their training facility and 2 weeks in a field training center with mentors to help you learn and grow.
Requirements
- Critical thinking and decision making in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize work and multi-task, while navigating through multiple business applications
- Experience with KPIs and measurable goals
