GEICO is looking for motivated individuals with a passion for customer service and an interest in their Auto Damage Trainee program. The role involves helping customers after an accident and assisting with vehicle repair costs and negotiations. The program includes 3 weeks of required hands-on experience at a training facility and 2 weeks in a field training center with mentors.
Requirements
- Critical thinking and decision making in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize work and multi-task, while navigating through multiple business applications
- Experience with KPIs and measurable goals
