Job Description
GEICO is looking for motivated individuals with a passion for customer service and an interest in their Auto Damage Trainee program. Help customers after an accident and get them back on the road. As an Auto Damage Trainee, you'll inspect and assess vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, and negotiate settlements.
Requirements
- Critical thinking and decision making in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize work and multi-task, while navigating through multiple business applications
- Experience with KPIs and measurable goals
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Active Insurance Adjusters license (preferred)
