GEICO is searching for a highly motivated leader to join our Treasury team! The Manager of Financial Services is a key leadership position responsible for owning daily treasury operations, leading supervisors and floor associates, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Previous formal leadership experience, including direct supervision of associates and/or supervisors.
- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance billing and payment operations, business rules, internal controls, and compliance standards.
- Demonstrated capability to identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
