Job Description
GEICO is seeking a Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join its AI org and play key senior technical leadership roles in the development of Geico’s virtual agent platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or a related field
- 10+ years of professional software development experience with at least two general-purpose programming languages
- 10+ years of experience architecting, designing and building multi-component AIML platform
- 6+ years’ experience managing end-to-end software development life cycle
- 6+ years’ experience with cloud providers such as Azure and AWS
- 3+ years’ experience utilizing and/or finetuning LLMs such as GPT, Llama, Mistral, Claude etc.
