Requirements
- Lead the design, development, and production rollout of enterprise-grade applications powering core underwriting capabilities
- Architect highly available, scalable, and secure systems
- Own solutions end-to-end
- Drive architectural discussions and review designs and code
- Mentor and grow junior engineers
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Underwriting Operations
- Influence technical direction and educate stakeholders
- Champion best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Lead modernization efforts
- Ensure solutions meet high standards for quality, performance, reliability, and usability
