GEICO is looking for a Workday Financials Senior Solution Architect to lead the functional strategy for Workday Financials and help shape a culture of engineering excellence, psychological safety, and continuous improvement. The role will involve translating complex Finance and Accounting requirements into scalable, well-designed Workday solutions, and partnering with Finance stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to solve complex business problems.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Finance domain experience with industry-leading ERP solutions, including Workday Financials
- 8+ years designing and architecting Workday Financial implementations
- Hands-on experience delivering Workday Financials solutions (implementation and/or large-scale enhancement programs)
- Strong Finance and Accounting process knowledge (e.g., GL, period close, AP/AR, management reporting) and the ability to translate it into functional design
