DI Trading Desk Manager

We are a proprietary trading firm looking for a Trading Desk Manager to lead our Brazilian Rates Trading Desk. The role involves building out a new strategy for the firm, growing your own desk, and collaborating with our US Fixed Income Desk. This is a fast-paced environment that requires a strong work ethic, competitive attitude, and a proven record of profitability in a trading position for at least 3 years.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of profitable trading in Brazilian fixed-income markets
• Directional and curve-based strategies
• Understanding of Brazil's debt auction process and how it impacts the DI Products
• Past experience building, managing, and scaling a discretionary trading desk
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work autonomously and as a team player
• Proven self-starter with exceptional product knowledge, trading methodology, and market insight
