Senior Software Engineer - Core ATS

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our ATS team, one of the most strategically important areas of Gem's product suite. As a senior member of this team, you will play a critical role in designing the architecture of a system that is elegant today and will scale in the future.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience as a software engineer, building user-facing products
• Mentoring, working cross-functionally, and working directly with customers
• Moving with velocity and investing in improving your craft
• Prioritizing technical quality, building reliable and scalable systems
• Being product-oriented and making decisions
• Collaborating in-office with peers in a hybrid model
