Job Description
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our team supporting the Naval Nuclear Laboratory (NNL) at their Knolls Atomic Power Plant. This position is full-time and will be based out of Schenectady, NY. The Mechanical Engineer will develop and define project scope with sponsors, work with a project team to develop specifications, cost estimates, and provide engineering support during construction phase for buildings and utility projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- US citizenship
- government issued clearance
- EIT certificate and/or P.E. License
- engineering consulting experience
- working knowledge of ASME codes
- working knowledge of HVAC systems
