Job Description
We are seeking a Sr. Nuclear Criticality Engineer to join our team supporting the Uranium Processing Facility. This position is full-time and will be based out of Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Responsibilities include supporting nuclear facets related to the UPF design and construction, developing criticality safety evaluations, and ensuring safe work practices in operational areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering and 15+ years of relevant experience
- Citizenship: United States (U.S.) citizen
- DOE ‘Q’ Clearance
- Understanding of nuclear criticality safety procedures
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Experience with DOE and/or commercial nuclear projects
