Requirements
- Coordinate daily production requirements, including safety, quality, delivery, and cost, in collaboration with other leads and supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to assist in coordinating staffing needs, managing schedules, and determining overtime requirements
- Track and report on key performance indicators, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain optimal performance
- Champion a customer-first approach by aligning production goals with customer expectations, ensuring high-quality output and on-time delivery that consistently exceeds customer satisfaction benchmarks

- Experience leading projects intended to engage and empower team members
- 3 or more years' experience in production environment preferred
- Technical understanding of processes in the scope of the lead position preferred
