Job Description
Within this role you will be responsible for managing, supervising and developing a team of administrators to ensure the provision of a professional and first-class service to team clients, as well as maintaining and developing relationships with clients.
Requirements
- 6 years’ relevant industry experience, knowledge of private equity structures is preferred
- A Table 4 qualification
- At least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role
- Experience of developing and coaching others
- A comprehensive and detailed understanding of local finance industry, legislation and regulatory requirements in which we operate
- Performance management of a team
- Entitled to work in Guernsey
