Senior Principal Product Manager

Senior Principal Product Manager to enable great collaboration throughout the product development cycle of a core strategic platform/capability area, responsible for amplifying the effectiveness of a cross-disciplinary team, and collaborating with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Overall roadmap planning: unpack a broad, cross-functional initiative into specific workstreams
• Create and drive the strategic vision for the product, while also enabling continuous improvement during feature development
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships
• Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams
• Facilitate decision-making, resolve blockers and surface challenges
• Manage and balance resources in your team
• Define data driven performance metrics for monitoring of key platform
• Develop a deep understanding of the Fintech space and market
