Job Description
A newly established startup in Silicon Valley is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join their team of visionary scientists, engineers, and entrepreneurs. The company is dedicated to transforming biology and medicine through Generative AI, pioneering Large Biological Models (LBM) and aiming for ground-breaking advancements in healthcare. They have headquarters in Silicon Valley, California, and a branch office in Paris, France.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a full-stack or front-end/backend engineer
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, FastAPI, Node.js)
- Experience developing, testing, and deploying production-grade web applications
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS (including SCSS) and responsive UI development
- Experience with RESTful and/or GraphQL API design and integration
- Familiarity with front-end testing tools, animation libraries, or data visualization frameworks
- Experience working with modern CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and agile development
- Experience deploying applications in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Strong understanding of containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
