Job Description
Join our team as a Research Engineer Intern to conduct cutting-edge research in AI, foundation models, and computational biology. You will work with the team to improve existing models, design and execute large-scale experiments, and develop state-of-the-art biology foundation models.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a full-time master's or PhD program in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field
- Strong coding skills in C/C++ and Python
- Fluent in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, Hugging Face, Megatron-LM, and DeepSpeed
- Solid understanding of GPU, CPU, or other AI accelerator architectures
- Experience improving ML accuracy using low-precision formats
- Experience writing and optimizing compute kernels using CUDA or similar languages
- Derive a great deal of satisfaction from every percentage point of performance improvement
