Requirements

• Leadership experience on a maintenance department, preferably in a production environment
• Knowledge of efficiently setting up a maintenance management system
• Experience in setting up preventive maintenance, maintenance concepts and maintenance plans
• Knowledge of CAPEX project management in the field of maintenance projects
• A high safety awareness
• Strong personality, dynamic leadership and Brabant-like coziness and pragmatism
