Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Engineering Manager for an internationally operating chemical company. The role involves developing, prioritizing, and managing the CAPEX engineering portfolio, introducing and professionalizing engineering standards, and leading project teams.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience as a Project Engineering Manager or similar role in an industrial (preferably chemical) environment
- Experience with projects in complex production environments (SEVESO is a plus)
- Strong leadership qualities: you bring structure, take people along, and dare to make choices
- Pragmatic, action-oriented, and decisive
- Able to switch between strategic and operational levels
