Executive Director of Portfolio Insights & Analytics

Genentech is seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to serve as the Executive Director of Portfolio Insights & Analytics. This critical role will be responsible for defining and executing the insights, analytics, and measurement strategy that enables strategic planning and execution across key strategic pillars including, Market Access, Patient Engagement, Population Health, and Medical.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership within the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors
• 5 years of proven success managing high-impact, multi-disciplinary teams in analytics, business intelligence, or market research
• 10+ years of deep immersion in the healthcare ecosystem, specifically within Market Access, Patient Strategy, Healthcare Policy, and/or Portfolio Strategy
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical forecasting and measurement methodologies
• Strong proficiency in leveraging complex, large-scale healthcare data
