Learning & Development Specialist

This is a Learning & Development Specialist position in Genentech's Pharma Technical – Hillsboro Innovative Therapies (HIT) team. The role involves supporting the start-up and operation of a manufacturing facility and designing and implementing learning solutions to drive performance and support the organization's goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of relevant learning and development experience
• Experience working in the cell/gene therapy industry is preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content development software
• Knowledge of training and documentation requirements for a regulated industry
