Process Engineering Lead - Assembly, Packaging (CVRM)

Pharma Technical Manufacturing (PTM) is seeking a Process Engineering Lead to oversee process design, qualification, startup, and registration at a new manufacturing site in Holly Springs, North Carolina. The lead will provide scientific and technical leadership for the new large volume manufacturing facility and will be responsible for the design, qualification, start-up, and registration of the facility’s assembly and packaging lines and its processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in engineering or similar
• 11+ years experience in technology of pharmaceutical industry
• Recognized expert in drug product manufacturing relevant unit operations (assembly – packaging)
• Relevant experience in data science/engineering, analytics, IT to drive the concept of smart factory is desirable
• Prior experience with technology transfers, process validation, authoring regulatory submissions, and Health Authority inspections is desirable
