We are looking for a Shift Supervisor to lead our production team in East Attica, Greece. The role requires organization, accountability, and team leadership in a high-demand industrial environment.

Requirements

• Management and coordination of the production process during the shift
• Ensuring compliance with GMP procedures and quality specifications
• Managing and leading the production team
• Reporting progress and problems to the Production Department
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
• Desirable experience of 1-2 years in the pharmaceutical industry
• Ability to work shifts
• Ability to manage a large number of personnel
• Organization, accountability, and goal orientation
