Job Description
We are seeking a Deputy Laboratory Manager to support the scaling of our diagnostic services, overseeing daily operations and optimizing workflows to ensure the highest standards of quality for our flagship NIPT and genomic portfolios.
Requirements
- Higher education degree (B.Sc., M.Sc., or Ph.D.) in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biology, Medicine, or a related Life Sciences field
- Proven experience in a laboratory management or senior supervisory role, specifically within an NGS-focused environment
- Deep technical knowledge of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) technologies and molecular biology laboratory workflows
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor a technical team while maintaining the independence to interact with executive stakeholders
