Job description
The Senior Mechanical Engineer, Customer Quality plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction within the Commercial and Industrial Business Group. This position provides engineering expertise to resolve product quality issues, working cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and service teams.
Lead root cause investigations on product quality issues, design and execute diagnostic plans, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous product improvement.
