Job Description
General Atlantic is seeking a Director, Compensation & Analytics to support compensation activities for its Sustainable Infrastructure investment business.
Requirements
- Lead compensation activities for the Sustainable Infrastructure investment business, ensuring alignment with firm-wide compensation philosophy and practices
- Manage carried interest allocations across multiple Sustainable Infrastructure funds and products
- Develop and maintain compensation models, including scenario analysis and sensitivity testing
- Track and monitor compensation spend relative to budget
