Director, Marketing Strategy and Brand

General Atlantic is hiring a Director of Marketing to join their New York-based team, reporting to the Global Head of Strategic Marketing. The Director will play a critical role in driving GA's Marketing and Brand strategy, building and advancing bold brand and multi-product marketing initiatives that distinguish and enhance the company's positioning across institutional investors, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and select retail channels.

Requirements

• Oversee core initiatives related to GA's marketing strategy and Brand
• Lead ongoing audience segmentation analysis and strategy implementation
• Assist with shaping the way GA engages with each audience type through impactful content, digital storytelling, thought leadership, virtual and in-person events and conferences
• Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to support new product launches and existing fundraises
• Elevate brand visibility and ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all channels and regions
