Job Description
General Atlantic is seeking a Strategic Transformation Director to play an integral role in the execution of key finance transformation programs, supporting the end-to-end delivery of projects and helping to establish a culture of operational excellence.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in finance transformation, financial process improvement, or related positions within private equity, management consulting, or corporate environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Science or a related field; CPA or CFA a plus
- Proven ability to drive and deliver projects involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Experience in operating model design and systems-enabled transformation initiatives, including data warehouse implementations, business unit integrations, and offshoring or service delivery model changes, etc
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Experience with project management and change management methodologies
