Job Description
General Atlantic is seeking a GA Actis Associate, SPV Management to support the tracking, monitoring, and operation of acquisition structures (Special Purpose Vehicles "SPVs") in respect of Actis investments. The role involves coordinating workflows with internal and external parties, ensuring regulatory obligations and filings, and monitoring corporate governance documentation. The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role gained within a corporate services provider or law firm, with excellent planning and communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role gained within a corporate services provider or law firm
- Ideally part or fully qualified CSIS or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- Experience in Private Equity would be advantageous
- Transaction experience or similar would be a strong plus
